Andamiro USA Updates Tech Support Team: Meet the Captains

GARDENA, CA--January 15, 2019-- When you're a fast-growing company, everything is a priority -- product development, marketing, customer service and general administration, among other key operational areas. For a manufacturer of complex machinery, technical support is especially vital. Because it has enjoyed strong growth in recent years, Andamiro USA has been pressed to pay closer attention to scaling these operational functions to meet greater demands.

 

Earlier this year, the company restructured its tech support department to improve response times to customer requests and service issues. The revamped service organization leverages Andamiro's experienced technicians in new roles to improve efficiency. That said:

 

Ramses Briones becomes technical service captain, whose major responsibilities are processing RMAs and credit memos, machine upgrades and internal repairs, and customer service calls. Briones, who has been part of Andamiro USA's support team for three years, can be reached at ramses@andamirousa.com.

 

Andy Kim has been appointed customer service captain in charge of reporting all technical issues to Andamiro's Korea-based factory. Kim also handles calls and field repairs. He's been with Andamiro USA for almost two years. His email address is andy@andamirousa.com.

 

J. Francisco "Paco" Jimenez, a 13-year tech support veteran at Andamiro USA, has been named service tech advisor. Paco has extensive experience supporting several generations of Andamiro products and is now responsible for advising customers and Andamiro USA's personnel on a wide variety of technical issues.
